The 1.1m sq ft mall is the latest in a spate of shopping centre acquisitions by the retail group over the past two years.
Frasers Group has acquired Braehead Shopping Centre in Glasgow, Scotland’s largest retail and leisure destination, from SGS UK for a fee in the region of £220m.
The 1.1m sq ft mall has annual footfall of over 15m visitors and joins the growing roster of shopping centres owned by Frasers, which also owns a chain of department stores and Sports Direct.
